The cast-in-situ bored pile construction device comprises a lifting part, a driving mechanism, a flow guide mechanism, a smearing mechanism and a cleaning mechanism; the lifting part comprises a mounting rack, a connecting hook and a traction steel cable, the mounting rack is used for being connected with a tower crane, the connecting hook is arranged below the mounting rack, and the lifting of the connecting hook is controlled through the traction steel cable; the driving mechanism is used for winding and unwinding the traction steel cable; the smearing mechanism comprises a mounting frame and a smearing strip, the mounting frame is fixedly mounted on the inner wall of the mounting rack, and the smearing strip is fixedly mounted on the inner wall of the mounting frame; the traction steel cable penetrates through the mounting frame, and the outer wall of the traction steel cable is attached to the outer wall of the smearing strip; the flow guide mechanism is used for guiding maintenance liquid into the smearing strip; the cleaning mechanism comprises a cleaning roller and a supporting disc; through cooperation of the structures, automatic maintenance of the traction steel cable is achieved in the hoisting process, and the labor cost is saved.

    本发明属于桩筒吊装技术领域,具体的说是一种钻孔灌注桩施工装置及施工方法,包括提升部、驱动机构、导流机构、涂抹机构和清洁机构;提升部包括安装机架、连接挂钩和牵引钢缆,安装机架用于与塔吊连接,连接挂钩设置在安装机架的下方,通过牵引钢缆控制连接挂钩升降;驱动机构用于收卷和放卷牵引钢缆;涂抹机构包括安装边框和涂抹条,安装边框固定安装在安装机架的内壁,涂抹条固定安装在安装边框的内壁;牵引钢缆贯穿安装边框,且牵引钢缆的外壁与涂抹条的外壁贴合;导流机构用于向涂抹条内导入养护液;清洁机构包括清洁辊和支撑盘;通过上述结构配合从而在吊装的过程中,实现牵引钢缆的自动养护,节约人工成本。
