The invention discloses a membrane type vibration reduction connecting pipe of a piston type self-balancing structure and a design method thereof.The membrane type vibration reduction connecting pipe comprises a bag body flange, a membrane type bag body, an inner pressing disc, an outer pressing disc, a pipe body, an elastic connecting ring, a piston and a piston flange, one end of the bag body flange is used for being connected with an external pipeline, and the other end of the bag body flange is connected with the membrane type bag body; the membrane type capsule body is of an annular semi-arc structure, the inner side of the membrane type capsule body is connected with the inner pressing disc and the capsule body flange, the outer side of the membrane type capsule body is connected with the outer pressing disc and the pipe body, the inner pressing disc is connected with the elastic connecting ring, the elastic connecting ring is connected with the piston, and the piston is arranged in the piston flange in a sliding mode. One end of the piston flange is connected with the pipe body, and the other end of the piston flange is used for being connected with another external pipeline. The flexible connecting pipe has the advantages that the rigidity of the connecting pipe can be reduced while the balance requirement, the displacement compensation capability requirement and the working pressure requirement of the flexible connecting pipe are met, and the overall size of the connecting pipe can be reduced.
