The invention discloses an intelligent identification-based automatic guide management method and system for fishing boats entering a port, and the method comprises the steps: dividing a port into a plurality of sub-regions, carrying out the functional analysis, defining the functional attributes of each region, and setting a ship entering monitoring array; the ship entering the port is tracked and monitored in real time through the monitoring array, and the ship is intelligently recognized through edge calculation. And matching the identification information with a preset database, and judging whether the target ship is an identified ship or not. If the ship is an identified ship, real-time berthing area information is acquired, a matched berth is calculated in combination with the real-time position and the ship identification information, a berthing guiding scheme is generated, and a ship route and speed suggestion is provided; if the ship is not identified, a notification instruction is generated based on a preset response template, the ship is notified to handle registration through a broadcast array, and a registration guidance scheme is formulated and pushed in combination with real-time parking data of the registration area. The fishing port entering management method and system are optimized, and the entering efficiency and safety are improved.

    本发明公开了一种基于智能识别的渔船进港自动指引管理方法及系统,包括:将港口划分为若干子区域并进行功能性分析,定义各区域的功能属性,并设定船舶进港监测阵列;通过监测阵列实时追踪和监测进港船舶,利用边缘计算对船舶进行智能识别。将识别信息与预设数据库匹配,判断目标船舶是否为标识船舶。若为标识船舶,则获取实时停靠区域信息,结合实时位置和船舶标识信息,计算匹配泊位,生成停靠指引方案,提供航线及航速建议;若非标识船舶,则基于预设响应模板生成通知指令,通过广播阵列通知其办理登记,同时结合登记区域的实时停靠数据,制定登记指引方案并推送。优化渔港进港管理方法及系统,提高进港效率与安全。
