The invention discloses an optical remote sensing agile satellite imaging method and system for dynamic cloud shielding, and relates to the technical field of satellite remote sensing, and the method comprises the steps: carrying out the rough prediction of dynamic cloud information, and carrying out the fine prediction; calculating an effective imaging time window of the agile satellite under the condition of cloud shielding; establishing a dynamic cloud shielding agile satellite imaging model; improving and optimizing a multi-objective evolutionary algorithm; and generating an optimal imaging scheme of the agile satellite under the dynamic cloud shielding condition. According to the method, coarse-to-fine grading prediction is carried out on the cloud information, the effective imaging time window of the agile satellite is calculated according to the cloud information, and the model prediction speed is increased; the constructed dynamic cloud shielding-oriented agile satellite imaging model gives consideration to the maximum imaging benefit and the minimum maneuvering consumption of the agile satellite; a multi-objective optimization algorithm optimization solution method is adopted, and optimal configuration of evolution parameters is carried out through a deep reinforcement learning algorithm, so that each generation of evolution has the maximum benefit, and the algorithm optimization efficiency is greatly improved.

    本发明公开了面向动态云遮挡的光学遥感敏捷卫星成像方法及系统,涉及卫星遥感技术领域,该方法包括步骤:动态云信息的粗预测到精细预测;计算云遮挡情况下,敏捷卫星有效成像时间窗口;建立动态云遮挡敏捷卫星成像模型;改进并优化多目标进化算法;生成动态云遮挡情况下敏捷卫星最佳成像方案。本发明对云信息实行由粗到精的分级预测,并根据云信息计算敏捷卫星有效成像时间窗口,提高模型预测速度;构建的面向动态云遮挡敏捷卫星成像模型,兼顾成像收益最大与敏捷卫星机动消耗最小;采用的多目标优化算法最优化求解方法,通过深度强化学习算法进行进化参数最优配置,使每一代进化都具有最大收益,极大提高了算法寻优效率。
