The invention discloses a novel bionic anti-layering composite material laminated plate. A plurality of through holes are formed in a composite material lamination layer, and bidirectional wintercherry squid tentacle barb structure rods are arranged in the through holes; a plurality of barb structures are fixed on the cylindrical surface of the bidirectional wintercherry squid tentacle barb structure imitating rod, and each barb structure is composed of a main barb and two auxiliary hooks which are located on the two sides of the main barb and are integrally formed; the cylindrical surface of the rod body I and the cylindrical surface of the rod body II are respectively and fixedly provided with a hooking structure which consists of a plurality of nanotubes and is used for simulating bird wing feather middle feather branchlet; a connecting structure is filled between the bidirectional wintercherry squid tentacle barb structure rod and the hole wall in the through hole, the connecting structure is formed by mixing resin and a plurality of fibers, and the fibers are wound on the corresponding main barbs, auxiliary hooks or nanotubes. The composite material has relatively good layering resistance, and can effectively prevent generation or expansion of interlayer cracks when being impacted, so that layering damage is reduced.
本发明公开了一种新型仿生抗分层的复合材料层合板。本发明中复合材料层合层上开设有多个通孔,通孔内设有双向仿大王酸浆鱿触手倒钩结构棒;双向仿大王酸浆鱿触手倒钩结构棒的圆柱面上固定有多个倒钩结构,倒钩结构由主倒钩和位于主倒钩两侧且一体成型的两个副钩组成;棒体一和棒体二的圆柱面上均固定有由多个纳米管组成的仿鸟类翼羽中羽小枝间钩连结构;通孔内位于双向仿大王酸浆鱿触手倒钩结构棒和孔壁之间填充有连接结构,连接结构由树脂和多个纤维混合形成,且各纤维缠绕在相应的各主倒钩、各副钩或各纳米管上。本发明具有较好的抵抗分层的能力,且在遭受冲击时能够有效阻止层间裂纹的产生或扩展,减小分层损害。
