The invention discloses a PTC power control method for IGBT (Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor) staggered frequency starting and related equipment, and relates to the field of automobile heating, the method comprises the following steps: acquiring a target power value under the condition that a power request signal is received; based on the target power value, calculating to obtain an average starting duty ratio of the plurality of power control units; generating a first control signal corresponding to each power control unit based on the average opening duty ratio; according to the first control signal, controlling each power control unit to be switched on in an error frequency manner; when it is detected that the power difference value between the actual output power of each power control unit and the target power value exceeds a preset deviation threshold value, the starting duration of each power control unit is adjusted, and a second control signal is obtained; and controlling each power control unit based on the second control signal until the power difference value does not exceed the preset deviation threshold value. By implementing the method, the heating performance of the power control unit in automobile heating can be improved.

    一种IGBT错频开启的PTC功率控制方法及相关设备,涉及汽车加热领域,该方法包括:在接收到功率请求信号的情况下,获取目标功率值;基于该目标功率值,计算得到多个功率控制单元的平均开启占空比;基于该平均开启占空比生成与每个该功率控制单元对应的第一控制信号;根据该第一控制信号控制每个该功率控制单元错频开启;在检测每个该功率控制单元的实际输出功率与该目标功率值的功率差值超过预设偏差阈值时,对每个该功率控制单元的开启时长进行调整,得到第二控制信号;基于该第二控制信号对每个该功率控制单元进行控制,直至该功率差值不超过该预设偏差阈值。实施该方法,可以提高功率控制单元在汽车加热中的加热性能。
