The invention discloses a three-cylinder engine semi-active suspension control method which comprises the following steps: establishing a three-cylinder engine vibration model, and calculating vertical excitation force of an engine according to parameters of the three-cylinder engine; establishing an engine semi-active suspension kinetic equation and a system state space expression according to the engine vertical excitation force, the vehicle suspension parameters and the engine semi-active suspension parameters; external interference of the system is used as a new state variable, and an improved expansion observer is constructed; establishing a global sliding mode controller by taking the vehicle body vibration acceleration and the suspension dynamic deflection as control objects; an improved expansion observer is integrated in a global sliding mode controller, state data of the expansion observer is transmitted to the global sliding mode controller based on a three-cylinder engine vibration model and read sensor signals, and the global sliding mode controller controls engine suspension. The method is high in control efficiency and accuracy and good in robustness.

    本发明公开了一种三缸发动机半主动悬置控制方法,包括步骤:建立三缸发动机振动模型,依据三缸发动机参数,计算发动机垂向激振力;由所述发动机垂向激振力、车辆悬架参数和发动机半主动悬置参数建立发动机半主动悬置的动力学方程以及系统状态空间表达式;将系统外部干扰作为新的状态变量,构建改进的扩张观测器;以车身振动加速度和悬置动挠度为控制对象,建立全局滑模控制器;在全局滑模控制器集成改进的扩张观测器,基于三缸发动机振动模型和读取的传感器信号,将扩张观测器的状态数据传输给全局滑模控制器,由所述全局滑模控制器控制发动机悬置。本发明控制效率和精确性高,鲁棒性好。
