The invention discloses a method and a device for judging mistakenly stepping on an accelerator pedal. According to the judgment method, the accelerator pedal still has the additional stroke after the normal stroke, the accelerator mechanism is configured to set the transition resistance threshold value for the normal stroke to enter the additional stroke, the transition resistance threshold value is obviously larger than the maximum resistance of the normal stroke and smaller than the foot strength of a driver, and the driver with sober consciousness can obviously perceive and cannot step by mistake; an unconscious driver has enough foot force to step the accelerator pedal into the additional stroke, and whether the accelerator pedal is stepped by mistake can be judged by detecting whether the accelerator pedal enters the additional stroke or not through the detection element; the judgment device is provided with an accelerator mechanism according to a judgment method, an accelerator connecting rod with a torque limiting function or a resistance device can be adopted, setting of a transition resistance threshold value can be equivalently achieved, an accelerator pedal mistaken stepping signal is output when it is detected that an accelerator pedal enters the additional stroke, and the judgment device can be used for braking or electrically connected to a brake control unit for automatic braking.

    本申请公开一种误踩油门踏板判断方法及装置。判断方法是使油门踏板在正常行程后还具有额外行程,对油门机构进行配置以设定正常行程进入额外行程的过渡阻力阈值,过渡阻力阈值明显大于正常行程最大阻力且小于驾驶员脚力,意识清醒的驾驶员可以明显感知不至于误踩,意识不清的驾驶员有足够的脚力将油门踏板踩进额外行程,利用检测元件检测油门踏板是否进入额外行程,即可判断驾驶员是否误踩油门踏板;判断装置依据判断方法,配置油门机构,可采用具有力矩限制功能的油门连杆或使用阻力装置,等效实现过渡阻力阈值的设定,检测到油门踏板进入额外行程即输出误踩油门踏板信号,可用于刹车或电接至刹车控制单元用于自动刹车。
