The cloud processing center obtains the data processing level and the corresponding data result, compares the data processing level with a preset processing level, sequentially sends the data result to the terminal display device according to the data processing level if the data processing level is greater than the preset processing level, and sends the data result to the terminal display device if the cloud processing center determines that the processing operation needs support. And if so, generating a support signal and sending the support signal to the terminal display device. According to the invention, the state of the charging pile can be continuously monitored in an all-weather manner, the probability of danger caused by abnormality of the charging pile is greatly reduced, the possibility of human intervention is reduced, and the user experience is improved.
