The invention relates to a wireless reconnection braking system and method, and belongs to the technical field of locomotive braking. The wireless reconnection braking system comprises a slave control vehicle braking control unit in communication connection with a master control vehicle braking control unit, and an electromagnetic valve electrically connected with the slave control vehicle braking control unit; a pipeline is connected with an exhaust port of the electromagnetic valve and is electrically connected with a main air intercepting valve of the slave control vehicle brake control unit; the slave control vehicle brake control unit controls the electromagnetic valve to be powered on or powered off based on a preset cut-off channel condition or a preset switch-on channel condition, so that main air enters an air inlet of the main air intercepting valve through the electromagnetic valve or an air outlet of the electromagnetic valve is led to the atmosphere. Therefore, the main air intercepting valve cuts off a passage through which the main air charges the train pipe through the main air intercepting valve or the main air charges the train pipe through the main air intercepting valve, so that synchronous pressure reduction or synchronous relief of the slave control locomotive along with the master control locomotive is realized. And a main air passage is quickly switched off or switched on through the electromagnetic valve and the main air intercepting valve, so that the braking and relieving actions of the slave control locomotive and the master control locomotive are completely synchronous.

    本发明涉及一种无线重联制动系统及方法,属于机车制动技术领域,包括通信连接主控车制动控制单元的从控车制动控制单元,电性连接从控车制动控制单元的电磁阀,管路连接电磁阀排气口并电性连接从控车制动控制单元的总风遮断阀;从控车制动控制单元基于一预设切断通路条件或一预设接通通路条件控制电磁阀得电或失电,使总风经电磁阀进入总风遮断阀进气口或使电磁阀的排气口通向大气,从而总风遮断阀切断总风经总风遮断阀向列车管充风的通路或总风经总风遮断阀向列车管充风,以实现从控机车跟随主控机车同步减压或同步缓解;通过电磁阀和总风遮断阀迅速切断或接通总风通路,确保从控机车与主控机车的制动和缓解动作完全同步。
