The invention relates to a vehicle driving mode recommendation method, device and system and a storage medium, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining the current environment information, driving state information and chassis information of a target vehicle; according to the current environment information, the driving state information and the chassis information, the terrain where the target vehicle is located is recognized, and a terrain recognition result is obtained; and determining a recommended driving mode of the target vehicle according to the terrain recognition result. The recommended driving mode corresponding to the target vehicle can be determined based on terrain recognition, so that active recommendation of the driving mode can be realized.
