Through the method and the device, the problem that detection can only be realized after collision and is not predictive in the prior art is solved, and the target prediction information of the target obstacle is accurately detected in advance, so that early warning operation is performed in advance, occurrence of collision or rubbing is reduced, and driving safety is improved.
