The tooth entering mechanism comprises a buffering section, a transition section and a positioning section, and the center line of the buffering section, the center line of the transition section and the center line of the positioning section coincide with the center line between steel rails. The buffer section is provided with a first vertical buffer mechanism and a first inclined buffer mechanism, the transition section is provided with a second vertical buffer mechanism and a second inclined buffer mechanism, the positioning section is provided with a third vertical buffer mechanism, and the mounting height of a first roller of the buffer section is gradually increased from the driving-in end of the buffer section to the driving-out end of the buffer section. The buffering section is used for buffering huge impact force generated during collision in the tooth entering process, impact on a vehicle is reduced, the gear is made to operate through interaction force, the operation speed of the gear is increased, the linear speed of the driving gear is made to be roughly the same as the running speed of the vehicle, and the phase angle of the gear is adjusted; the transition section serves as second protection to enable the gears which are not meshed correctly to be meshed with the second roller, and the positioning section serves as third protection to ensure the correct position of each gear and achieve gear entering.

    本发明公开了一种山地齿轨列车入齿机构,包括缓冲段、过渡段和定位段,缓冲段、过渡段、定位段中心线和钢轨之间的中心线重合;缓冲段具有第一垂向缓冲机构和第一倾斜缓冲机构,过渡段具有第二垂向缓冲机构和第二倾斜缓冲机构,定位段具有第三垂向缓冲机构,缓冲段的第一滚筒的安装高度自缓冲段的驶入端向其驶出端逐渐升高。本发明利用缓冲段来缓冲入齿过程中碰撞时产生的巨大冲击力,减小对车辆的冲击,通过相互作用力使齿轮运转起来,提高齿轮的运转速度,使驱动齿轮的线速度与车辆行驶速度大致相同,并调整齿轮的相位角;过渡段作为第二道防护,使没有正确啮合的齿轮和第二滚筒啮合,定位段作为第三道防护,确保每个齿轮的正确位置,实现入齿。
