The invention discloses a light-weight and high-strength automobile front auxiliary frame structure. According to the structure, the left longitudinal beam, the right longitudinal beam and the cross beam are welded to form an orthogonal bearing type frame, the longitudinal beam is a hollow rectangular tube formed by welding an upper plate and a lower plate which are formed through stamping, and the cross beam is a hollow trapezoidal tube formed by a trapezoidal-groove-shaped upper plate and a trapezoidal-groove-shaped lower plate, so that material redundancy is remarkably reduced. The innovative cleat structure adopts a hollow trapezoidal tubular cleat bracket, a lining positioning tube with a circumferential boss is arranged in a transverse extension part of the cleat bracket, and weldless assembly is realized through clearance fit of the boss and an annular groove, so that welding deformation is effectively eliminated, and the fatigue strength is improved. The front side of the beam is provided with a suspension mounting port, the rear side is provided with a steering engine support, and the middle is additionally provided with a reinforcing support with flanges to connect left and right cleats to form a reinforcing system. According to the structure, modular stamping parts are combined and welded, cost reduction and efficiency improvement are achieved while the performance is guaranteed, and the structure is particularly suitable for the light weight requirement of new energy vehicle models.

    本发明公开了一种轻量化、高强度的汽车前副车架结构。该结构采用左纵梁、右纵梁与横梁焊接形成正交承载式框架框架,其中纵梁由冲压成型的上下板焊接形成中空矩管,横梁由梯形槽状上下板构成中空梯形管,显著降低材料冗余。创新性羊角结构采用中空梯形管式羊角支架,其横向延伸部内置带有圆周凸台的衬套定位管,通过凸台与环形槽的间隙配合实现无焊缝装配,有效消除焊接变形并提升疲劳强度。横梁前侧设置悬置安装口,后侧配置转向机支架,中部增设带翻边的加强支架连接左右羊角,形成加固体系。该结构通过模块化冲压件组合焊接,在保证性能的同时实现降本增效,特别适用于新能源车型的轻量化需求。
