The invention relates to an automobile auxiliary frame cleat capable of reducing stress change. The automobile auxiliary frame cleat mainly comprises a cleat support and a lining positioning pipe. The claw support is formed by welding a metal plate upper body and a metal plate lower body which are formed in a stamping mode, and a hollow tubular structure is formed. A transverse extending part of the cleat support is connected with an inclined supporting part through a bent part, the inclined supporting part is fixed to the auxiliary frame, and a lining positioning pipe is arranged in the transverse extending part. The two ends of the lining positioning pipe are provided with protruding parts extending in the axial direction, and the protruding parts are matched with the concave parts on the inner wall of the claw support to form radial and axial limiting. The transverse extending part of the cleat support is further provided with a through hole communicated with an inner hole of the lining positioning pipe, and the diameter of the through hole is smaller than the outer diameter of the lining positioning pipe. By omitting a welding structure of the cleat bracket and the bushing positioning pipe, the stress change caused by welding is reduced, the production efficiency is improved, the production cost is reduced, and energy conservation and environmental protection are realized; by optimizing the structural design, the size precision and durability of the auxiliary frame are improved, and the service life of the auxiliary frame is prolonged.

    本发明涉及一种减小应力变化的汽车副车架羊角,主要包括羊角支架和衬套定位管。所述羊角支架由冲压成型的钣金上体及钣金下体焊接成型,形成中空管状结构。羊角支架的横向延伸部通过弯曲部与斜向支撑部连接,斜向支撑部固定于副车架,横向延伸部内设置衬套定位管。衬套定位管两端设有轴向延伸的凸出部,凸出部与羊角支架内壁的凹陷部配合,形成径向和轴向的限位。羊角支架的横向延伸部还开设通孔与衬套定位管内孔连通,通孔直径小于衬套定位管的外径。通过取消羊角支架与衬套定位管的焊接结构,减少焊接引起的应力变化,提高生产效率,降低生产成本,节能环保;通过优化结构设计,提升副车架的尺寸精度和耐久性,延长其使用寿命。
