The invention provides a method for installing and positioning a front-propeller hydrodynamic energy-saving device, which comprises the following steps of: respectively defining two ends of a guide pipe of the energy-saving device as a head end and a tail end according to the head-tail direction of a ship, and selecting at least three positioning points at the edge of the tail end of the guide pipe; the energy-saving device is hoisted to the rear portion of the designed position of the stern; a total station is installed behind the ship, the coordinate origin of the tail shaft outlet is found through the total station, and the coordinate origin is the center point of the tail shaft outlet; monitoring the coordinate position of each positioning point by using a total station, and adjusting the position of the energy-saving device; the energy-saving device is moved in the axis direction of the ship stern shaft, so that the energy-saving device translates towards the ship, and the interference allowance of the energy-saving device and the ship is cut off; and welding is conducted after the energy-saving device is adjusted in place. According to the scheme, one total station is used for positioning the three positioning points, operation is easy, accurate construction can be conveniently achieved, the construction period is shortened, and then the dock occupation time is shortened.

    本发明提供一种桨前水动力节能装置安装定位方法,包括以下步骤:参照船舶的首尾方向,将节能装置的导管两端分别定义为首端与尾端,在导管的尾端边缘选取至少三个定位点;将节能装置吊装至船尾的设计位置后方;在船舶的后方安装一个全站仪,利用全站仪找到艉轴出口的坐标原点,坐标原点为艉轴出口的中心点;利用全站仪监测各个定位点的坐标位置,并调整所述节能装置的位置;沿船舶艉轴的轴线方向移动节能装置,使节能装置朝向船舶平移,并切除节能装置与船舶干涉的余量;将节能装置调整到位后进行焊接。本方案利用一个全站仪对三个定位点进行定位,操作简单,便于实现精确施工,缩短工期,进而降低船坞占用时长。
