The invention relates to a mounting process of a fireproof and heat-insulating material for A-level fireproof separation of a ship. The fireproof and heat-insulating material is flatly laid on the upper surfaces of a structural plate and reinforcing ribs in a transverse or longitudinal lap joint or splicing manner after fire resistance detection is performed on the fireproof and heat-insulating material; or the fireproof thermal insulation material is firstly and continuously laid on the structural plate in a covering manner, and the reinforcing ribs are laid in an independent coating manner; the fireproof heat insulation material is limited on the structural plate or the reinforcing rib through a touch nail, and then the fireproof heat insulation material is fixed on the structural plate or the reinforcing rib through a pressing piece in cooperation with the touch nail. The installation process is simplified, the installation efficiency is improved, the fireproof heat insulation material can be tightly attached to the ship body structure, an effective fireproof heat insulation layer is formed, the stabilizing effect of the fireproof heat insulation material can be enhanced, the safety performance of the ship can be improved, and the installation and subsequent maintenance cost can be reduced; therefore, the problems of single installation method, low efficiency, attractive appearance and installation process defects of the existing fireproof separation material are solved.

    本发明涉及船舶A级防火分隔的防火隔热热材料的安装工艺,对防火隔热材料进行耐火性能检测后采用横向或纵向搭接或拼接的方式平铺在结构板和加强筋上表面;或所述防火隔热材料先连续覆盖铺设在结构板上,加强筋处采用单独包覆的方式铺设;使用碰钉将所述防火隔热材料限定在所述结构板或加强筋上,然后采用压片配合碰钉将所述防火隔热材料固定在所述结构板或加强筋上。简化了安装流程,提高了安装效率,使得防火隔热材料能够紧密贴合在船体结构上,形成有效的防火隔热层,能够增强防火隔热材料的稳定效果,提高船舶的安全性能,能够降低安装和后续维护成本,从而解决现有的防火分隔材料单一的安装方法,低效、美观和安装工艺缺陷问题。
