The invention discloses an aircraft fuel servo control system which comprises an oil way integration module, a three-position servo valve, an actuator switching block, an ECU control module and a measurement and control module. Oil flows into the oil path integration module through the fuel oil pressure supply port and then is divided into two paths, the first path directly enters a PCR oil supply port of the actuator switching block, the second path enters the three-position servo valve, and the three-position servo valve conducts high-low pressure switching according to instructions of the ECU control module and then enters a PHPTC oil supply port of the actuator switching block. The ECU control module obtains the pressure of the PHPTC cavity and the pressure of the PCR cavity, after comparison, a position instruction is fed back to the three-position servo valve through the LVDT ratio meter, the three-position servo valve is controlled to adjust the oil supply pressure of the PHPTC cavity, the value of the LVDT ratio meter is made to be stable, then the position of the actuator module is controlled to be stable, and a closed loop is achieved. According to the system, various researches can be carried out on the actuator under closed-loop control, the operation is simple, the response time is short, and the fault rate is low.
本发明公开了一种飞机燃油伺服控制系统,包括:油路集成模块、三位伺服阀、作动器转接块、ECU控制模块和测控模块;油液经燃油供压口流入油路集成模块后中分两路,第一路直接进入作动器转接块的PCR供油口,第二路进入三位伺服阀,三位伺服阀根据ECU控制模块指令进行高低压切换后进入作动器转接块的PHPTC供油口;ECU控制模块获取PHPTC腔与PCR腔压力,比较后通过LVDT比率计反馈位置指令至三位伺服阀,控制三位伺服阀调整PHPTC腔供油压力,使LVDT比率计值稳定,进而控制所述作动器模块位置稳定,实现闭环。本发明系统可以在闭环控制下可对作动器进行多种研究,操作简单、响应时间短,且故障率低。
