The invention provides a rope-driven space locking and releasing device, and belongs to the technical field of space gravitational wave detection locking and releasing. The non-firework space locking and separating mechanism which is high in bearing capacity, low in impact, rapid in response and capable of repeatedly conducting ground verification is developed. The device comprises a steel rope, a locking trigger mechanism, a large force cone, a driving end frame, a driven end frame, a first disc spring set and a second disc spring set, the driving end frame is fixedly connected with a load cabin bottom plate, the driven end frame is fixedly connected with a load and located in the driving end frame, and the upper portion of a main pull rod of the locking trigger mechanism sequentially penetrates through the large force cone and the top of the driving end frame. The periphery of the main pull rod penetrating out of the driven end frame is sleeved with a first disc spring set, the periphery of the main pull rod penetrating out of the top of the driving end frame is sleeved with a second disc spring set, and the trigger end of the locking trigger mechanism is connected with a steel rope. According to the locking device, rope driving is combined with a middle conical mechanism to achieve locking, and compared with traditional mechanical locking, the locking device has higher flexibility and controllability.

    本发明提出了一种绳驱动的空间锁紧释放装置,属于空间引力波探测锁紧释放技术领域。解决了如何研制出一种高承载、低冲击、响应迅速、可重复进行地面验证的非火工空间锁紧分离机构。它包括钢绳、锁紧触发机构、大力锥、主动端架、被动端架、碟簧组一和碟簧组二,主动端架与载荷舱底板固连,所述被动端架与载荷固连,被动端架位于主动端架内,锁紧触发机构的主拉杆上部依次贯穿大力锥和主动端架顶部,且主拉杆穿出被动端架处的外周套有碟簧组一,主拉杆穿出主动端架顶部处的外周套有碟簧组二,所述锁紧触发机构的触发端连接钢绳。本发明采用绳驱动结合中间锥形机构实现锁紧,与传统的机械锁紧相比,具有更高的灵活性和可控性。
