The invention discloses a bridge crane operation state safety early warning method and system, and relates to the technical field of bridge crane operation monitoring, and the method comprises the following steps: monitoring an operation area of a bridge crane, collecting image information of suspended cargoes in real time when the bridge crane operates, and obtaining a cargo suspension state diagram; establishing a plane-coordinate system on the acquired cargo suspension state diagram by taking a suspension connection node of the bridge crane as an original point, and acquiring a current cargo angular point coordinate; and importing an ideal cargo suspension state diagram into the plane coordinate system, and calculating cargo swing deviation angular point coordinates based on the current cargo center lifting rope linear correlation ideal cargo suspension state diagram. According to the method, the swing deviation value and the inclination deviation value are respectively obtained based on the current cargo suspension state, and the risk coefficient is integrally calculated for evaluation, so that the risk early warning effect is remarkably improved, the operation safety of the bridge crane is improved, the actual operation deviation condition is determined, and emergency treatment during early warning is facilitated.

    本发明公开了一种桥式起重机运行状态安全预警方法及系统,涉及桥式起重机运行监测技术领域,包括以下步骤:对桥式起重机运行作业区域进行监控,并实时采集桥式起重机运行时悬吊货物的图像信息,获取货物悬吊状态图;在采集的货物悬吊状态图上以桥式起重机悬吊连接节点为原点建立平面坐标系,获取当前货物角点坐标;在平面坐标系中导入理想货物悬吊状态图,基于当前货物中心吊绳直线关联理想货物悬吊状态图计算货物摆动偏差角点坐标。本发明基于当前货物悬吊状态分别获取摆动偏差值以及倾斜偏差值并整合计算风险系数进行评估,显著提高风险预警的效果,提高桥式起重机运行的安全性,同时确定实际运行偏差情况,便于在预警时进行应急处理。
