The invention relates to the technical field of elevators, and discloses an electromagnetic block brake and elevator traction machine linkage mechanism which comprises a base. The cleaning mechanism is arranged in the brake frame, and the cleaning mechanism is used for cleaning and collecting dust and stains on a brake wheel in the brake mechanism through a scraping plate in the cleaning mechanism; when the brake is normally used, the electric push rod drives the fixing column to move and be clamped in the fixing hole in the supporting frame to fix the supporting frame, so that the braking frame can drive the supporting frame and the braking pad on one side of the supporting frame to be normally attached to the outer wall of the braking wheel, and the braking wheel is clamped; when a gap between the brake pad and the outer wall of the brake wheel is abnormal and the brake wheel cannot be well clamped by the brake wheel, an electric push rod is started to control a fixing column to be separated from a fixing hole, so that a supporting frame can rotate, a first air cylinder is started, the upper end and the lower end of the brake pad are pushed through a first supporting block, the brake pad is tightly attached to the brake wheel, and a good emergency effect can be achieved.

    本发明涉及电梯技术领域,公开了一种电磁块制动器与电梯曳引机联动机构,包括底座;清理机构,清理机构设置于制动框内部,清理机构通过其中的刮板对制动机构中制动轮上的灰尘和污渍进行清理和收集;本发明通过在制动器正常使用的时候,电动推杆带动固定柱移动卡合在支撑架上的固定孔中,对支撑架进行固定,使制动框可以带动支撑架和其一侧的制动垫正常贴紧制动轮外壁,卡死制动轮,在制动垫和制动轮外壁空隙不正常导致制动轮无法很好的卡住制动轮时,电动推杆启动控制固定柱脱离固定孔,使支撑架可以转动,且第一气缸启动,通过第一支撑块推动制动垫上下两端,使制动垫贴紧制动轮,可以起到很好的应急效果。
