The invention provides a tire outer protection rubber composition, tire outer protection rubber and application thereof, and particularly relates to the technical field of tire manufacturing. The tire outer protection rubber composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 5-30 parts of natural rubber, 20-40 parts of butadiene rubber, 50-80 parts of chloroprene rubber, 20-45 parts of carbon black, 10-30 parts of white carbon black, 1-3 parts of microcrystalline wax, 30-75 parts of a flame retardant, 3-6 parts of an activating agent, 0.5-1.5 parts of an activating auxiliary agent, 3-6 parts of an anti-aging agent, 1-4 parts of a vulcanizing agent and 3-5.5 parts of an accelerant, the flame retardant comprises antimony trioxide. According to the tire outer protection rubber composition provided by the invention, through the synergistic effect of the raw materials, the maintenance of physical properties is ensured while the flame retardant property is improved, and dual optimization of the flame retardant property and the physical properties is realized. Meanwhile, the invention provides a mixing method of the tire outer protection rubber, and the problem that high-part white carbon black is not easy to disperse is solved.

    本发明提供了一种轮胎外护橡胶组合物、轮胎外护橡胶及其应用,具体涉及轮胎制造技术领域。该轮胎外护橡胶组合物按照重量份数计包括:天然橡胶5~30份、顺丁橡胶20~40份、氯丁橡胶50~80份、炭黑20~45份、白炭黑10~30份、微晶蜡1~3份、阻燃剂30~75份、活化剂3~6份、活化助剂0.5~1.5份、防老剂3~6份、硫化剂1~4份和促进剂3~5.5份;所述阻燃剂包括三氧化二锑。本发明提供的轮胎外护橡胶组合物,通过原料间的协同作用,在提高阻燃性能的同时,也确保了物理性能的维持,实现了阻燃与物理性能的双重优化。同时提供了一种轮胎外护橡胶的混炼方法,解决了高份数白炭黑不好分散的问题。
