One end of the ship body is provided with a wellhead, one end of the ship body is symmetrically and fixedly connected with supporting frames, a traction frame is installed between the two supporting frames, a main wheel is rotationally connected into the traction frame, one end of the main wheel is sleeved with a traction chain, and the bottom of the traction chain is fixedly connected with a traction head; and buckets are symmetrically hinged to the bottom of the traction head. When the drag chain unwinding bucket is driven to penetrate through the wellhead to move to the to-be-excavated area, the vibration motor is started to drive the bucket to drive the conical head to vibrate, and the surface of the to-be-excavated area is preliminarily crushed, so that the conical head is conveniently embedded into the to-be-excavated area; and then the hydraulic rod is started to drive the two buckets to fold and excavate around the hinge shaft, so that the excavating efficiency of the device on hard gravels is effectively improved, and the situation of grabbing missing caused by the fact that the buckets are difficult to close is reduced.
