The invention discloses an overall lifting construction method for an outer pipe gallery process pipeline. Firstly, pipe gallery steel structure stand columns and beams of a top layer structure are installed; the secondary layer structure of the pipe gallery is integrally spliced and welded at the corresponding position of the ground; after the secondary layer structure is welded, arranging the process pipelines of the layer on the completed secondary layer structure according to the process installation drawing, and assembling and welding the process pipelines on the secondary layer structure; a beam of the top layer structure is used as a lifting point, an electric chain block is used as a lifting device to lift the secondary layer structure together with the process pipeline to a mounting position, and then the beam of the secondary layer structure is welded to the stand columns; and repeating the step 2 to the step 4, and completing simultaneous lifting and mounting of other sub-layer structures and process pipelines from top to bottom. The structure and the process pipeline can be prefabricated on the ground, the steel structure and the process pipeline are lifted to the installation position through the electric chain block lifting device at the same time, the hoisting machinery cost is reduced, the construction operation efficiency is improved, and safety risk factors are advantageously avoided.

    本发明公开了一种外管廊工艺管道整体提升施工方法,先安装管廊钢结构立柱和顶层结构的梁;管廊的次层结构在地面相应位置进行整体拼装、焊接;次层结构焊接完成后,在完成的次层结构上按照工艺安装图纸布置该层的工艺管道,并将该次层结构上的工艺管道组对、焊接;利用顶层结构的梁作为吊点,用电动倒链作为起重提升装置将该次层结构连同工艺管道整体提升至安装位置,然后将该次层结构的梁与立柱进行焊接;重复步骤二至步骤四,自上而下完成其余次层结构与工艺管道的同时提升安装。结构与工艺管道可以在地面预制,钢结构、工艺管道同时利用电动倒链提升装置提升至安装位置,起重机械费用降低,施工作业效率提高,安全风险因素进行了有利的规避。
