The invention discloses a training method, device and equipment for a heavy-load train wheel-rail force monitoring model. The training method comprises the steps that actual wheel-rail force and simulated wheel-rail force of a plurality of sets of rail inspection cars and heavy-load trains running on a preset rail are obtained; performing model training on each group of rail inspection vehicle simulation wheel-rail force and heavy-load train simulation wheel-rail force to obtain a simulation wheel-rail force mapping relation model of the rail inspection vehicle and the heavy-load train; and inputting the actual wheel-rail force of the track inspection vehicle and the actual wheel-rail force of the heavy-load train into the simulation wheel-rail force mapping relation model for neural network transfer learning to obtain a heavy-load train wheel-rail force monitoring model. On the basis, model training is carried out on multiple groups of simulation wheel-rail forces, so that a mapping relation between the heavy haul train and the track inspection vehicle is accurately determined, and then a simulation wheel-rail force mapping relation model is migrated from simulation data to reality in a transfer learning mode; therefore, the wheel-rail force detected by the heavy haul train wheel-rail force monitoring model is more accurate.
本申请公开了一种重载列车轮轨力监测模型的训练方法、装置和设备,包括:获取多组轨检车和重载列车在预设轨道行驶的实际轮轨力和仿真轮轨力;对每组轨检车仿真轮轨力和重载列车仿真轮轨力进行模型训练,得到轨检车和重载列车的仿真轮轨力映射关系模型;将轨检车实际轮轨力和重载列车实际轮轨力输入仿真轮轨力映射关系模型中进行神经网络迁移学习,得到重载列车轮轨力监测模型。基于此,通过对多组仿真轮轨力进行模型训练,从而准确确定重载列车和轨检车之间所存在的一个映射关系,由此再通过迁移学习的方式,将仿真轮轨力映射关系模型从仿真数据中迁移到现实中来,从而使得通过重载列车轮轨力监测模型所检测得到的轮轨力更加准确。
