The invention discloses a road abnormal event detection and early warning method and system based on unsupervised lifelong learning. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring traffic scene data by using various sensors along a road and at a vehicle end, and preprocessing the traffic scene data; performing unsupervised feature extraction on the image data by using an auto-encoder, and performing feature dimension reduction on non-image data by using a principal component analysis method to extract main features; an anomaly detection model is initialized, a K-Means clustering algorithm is adopted to divide the feature space into clusters, and a normal cluster set of an initial normal traffic mode is formed; receiving new traffic data, and continuously performing online learning and updating on the model by adopting an incremental learning method, a density-based clustering algorithm and an elastic weight integration method; newly collected data are input into the updated model for anomaly detection and road anomaly event alarm; according to the method, efficient and accurate detection and timely early warning of road abnormal events are realized through unsupervised feature extraction, model initialization, lifelong learning and a model updating mechanism.

    本发明公开了基于无监督终身学习的道路异常事件检测预警方法及系统,包括:利用分道路沿线和车端的多种传感器采集交通场景数据并预处理;采用自编码器对图像数据进行无监督特征提取,对非图像数据使用主成分分析法进行特征降维提取主要特征;初始化异常检测模型,采用K‑Means聚类算法将特征空间划分簇,形成初始的正常交通模式的正常簇集合;接收新的交通数据,采用增量学习法,基于密度的聚类算法以及弹性权重整合方法,对模型持续进行在线学习和更新;将新采集数据输入更新后的模型中进行异常检测和道路异常事件报警;本发明通过无监督特征提取、模型初始化以及终身学习与模型更新机制实现对道路异常事件的高效、准确检测和及时预警。
