The invention discloses a traffic flow prediction method and system based on a diffusion model, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining historical traffic data, carrying out the data preprocessing, and forming a sample data set; taking the road sections of the road network as nodes, and constructing edges according to geographical adjacency and historical traffic association relationships among the road sections to form a space-time dependency structure chart; periodic feature extraction and target feature extraction are carried out; measuring the similarity of the periodic features and the target features in the time dimension by using a dynamic time warping method, and performing selective migration and weighted fusion on the periodic features based on the similarity to obtain fused features; inputting the fusion features into a traffic flow prediction model constructed based on a diffusion model for training, and outputting a representation vector for predicting future traffic flow; and inputting the traffic data at the current moment into the trained prediction model for traffic flow prediction, and outputting a traffic flow prediction result in a future time period.
本发明公开了一种基于扩散模型的交通流量预测方法及系统,包括:获取历史交通数据并进行数据预处理,形成样本数据集;将道路网络的路段作为节点,根据路段间的地理相邻及历史交通关联关系构建边,形成时空依赖结构图;进行周期特征提取和目标特征提取;利用动态时间规整方法度量周期特征与目标特征在时间维度上的相似度,并基于相似度对周期特征进行选择性迁移与加权融合,得到融合特征;将融合特征输入基于扩散模型构建的交通流量预测模型中进行训练,输出预测未来交通流量的表示向量;再将当前时刻的交通数据输入训练好的预测模型中进行交通流量预测,输出未来时间段的交通流量预测结果。
