The invention provides a road traffic state online identification method based on time sequence clustering, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining historical traffic flow state parameter time sequence data collected by each traffic detection station installed in a target road corridor in a target time period; after the collected data is preprocessed, based on dynamic time warping and an FCM clustering algorithm, the similarity between global and local traffic state evolution characteristics implied in high-resolution traffic flow state parameter time sequence data and a traffic flow state parameter time sequence is mined, and a historical traffic state mode is extracted; on the basis, a traffic flow state parameter time sequence obtained in real time and an online traffic state smoothing algorithm based on dynamic planning are combined, and reliable online traffic state identification is achieved. According to the method, the stability of traffic state recognition is effectively improved, the manual participation degree and the labor cost are remarkably reduced, and a new technical support choice is provided for intelligent traffic decision making.

    本发明提供一种基于时间序列聚类的道路交通状态在线辨识方法,该方法通过获取目标时段内目标道路走廊内安装的各个交通检测站点采集的历史交通流状态参数时间序列数据,对所采集的数据进行预处理后基于动态时间规整和FCM聚类算法,挖掘高解析度的交通流状态参数时间序列数据中隐含的全局与局部交通状态演化特征和交通流状态参数时间序列之间的相似性,提取得到历史交通状态模式,在此基础上结合实时获取的交通流状态参数时间序列以及基于动态规划的在线交通状态平滑算法,实现可靠的在线交通状态辨识。本发明有效提升了交通状态识别的稳定性,显著降低了人工参与度和人力成本,为智慧交通决策提供了新的技术支持选择。
