The invention discloses a road network total flow robust estimation method under limited observation, relates to the field of traffic flow estimation, and solves the technical problems that the existing sensor observation technology cannot realize full coverage of a road section and the number of sensors fluctuates to influence the observation effect. The method comprises the steps of deducing a theoretical relationship between the number of sensors and observation network accumulation; constructing a sensor subset sequence from actual observation data, and calculating the road network total flow of each sensor subset to obtain an empirical relationship between the number of sensors and observation network accumulation; searching an optimal parameter which enables a fitting effect of a theoretical relationship and an empirical relationship between the number of sensors and observation network accumulation to be optimal; obtaining an estimated value of the road network total flow from the optimal parameters; according to the method, stable and accurate estimation of the road network total flow can be realized under the limited and unstable observation condition of the limited sensor.

    本发明公开一种有限观测下的路网全量流量鲁棒估计方法,涉及交通流量估计领域,解决现有以来传感器的观测技术无法实现路段全覆盖且传感器数量会波动导致影响观测效果的技术问题;本发明包括推导传感器数量与观测网络累积之间的理论关系;从实际观测数据中构造传感器子集序列,计算每个传感器子集的路网全量流量获取传感器数量与观测网络累积之间的经验关系;搜索使得传感器数量与观测网络累积之间的理论关系、经验关系拟合效果最佳的最优参数;从最优参数中获取路网全量流量的估计值;本发明能够在有限传感器有限不稳定观测条件实现对路网全量流量的稳定准确估计。
