The invention relates to the technical field of ship route scheduling, in particular to an intelligent ship route planning and scheduling method and system, and the method comprises the following steps: obtaining a navigation chart and water surface information corresponding to the navigation chart; registering the same number of monitoring ports corresponding to the number of ships, acquiring ship information based on the monitoring ports, and uploading the ship information to a management end; rasterizing the navigation chart to obtain a grid chart, and performing obstacle identification processing on grids based on the obstacle information to obtain an identified grid chart; initial ship routes corresponding to the multiple ships on the navigation chart are formulated on the management end based on the identified grid chart, and a target ship route corresponding to the given ship is formulated based on the multiple initial ship routes; the multiple ships are scheduled based on the target ship route and the initial ship route, dynamic adjustment can be carried out according to real-time information, the potential collision risk is effectively avoided, and the navigation efficiency is improved.

    本发明涉及船舶航线调度技术领域,具体为一种智能化船舶航线规划调度方法及系统,方法包括以下步骤:获取航行海图以及航行海图对应的水面信息;对应船舶数量注册相同数量的监测端口,基于监测端口获取船舶信息上传至管理端;对航行海图进行栅格化得到栅格海图,基于障碍物信息对栅格进行障碍标识处理,得到标识后的栅格海图;在管理端基于标识后的栅格海图制定航行海图上多个船舶分别对应的初步船舶航线,基于多个初步船舶航线制定对应给定船舶的目标船舶航线;基于目标船舶航线与初步船舶航线对多个船舶进行航线调度,能够根据实时信息动态调整,有效避免了潜在的碰撞风险,提高了航行效率。
