The invention provides a coaxial contra-rotating motor for a contra-rotating propeller thruster, which comprises an outer shaft motor assembly and an inner shaft motor assembly, and is characterized in that the inner shaft motor assembly is coaxially mounted on the rear side surface of an outer shaft rear end cover of the outer shaft motor assembly; a through hole for an inner shaft body of the inner shaft motor assembly to penetrate through is formed in the middle of the outer shaft rear end cover, and an outer shaft body of the outer shaft motor assembly is a hollow part; the inner shaft body penetrates through a middle through hole of the outer shaft rear end cover, the front end of the inner shaft body is coaxially arranged in the outer shaft body, and the front end of the inner shaft body and the front end of the outer shaft body are connected with two propellers of the contra-rotating propeller thruster. The inner shaft motor and the outer shaft motor can output different rotating speeds, and the rotating speeds of the front propeller and the rear propeller are finely adjusted under the condition that thrust meets the navigational speed requirement, so that rolling direction torques generated by the front propeller and the rear propeller are equal in size and opposite in direction, namely, no residual rolling torque generated by propeller design exists, and rolling control through a differential rudder angle is not used; and the resistance generated by the differential rudder angle during sailing is reduced.
本发明提供了一种用于对转桨推进器的同轴对转电机,包括外轴电机组件与内轴电机组件,内轴电机组件同轴安装在外轴电机组件的外轴后端盖后侧面;外轴后端盖的中部设置有用于使内轴电机组件所具有的内轴本体穿过的通孔,外轴电机组件的外轴本体为中空部;内轴本体穿过外轴后端盖的中部通孔,且内轴本体的前端同轴设置在外轴本体内部,内轴本体的前端与外轴本体的前端连接对转桨推进器的两个螺旋桨。本发明的内外轴电机可输出不同转速,在保证推力满足航速需求的情况下,微调前后桨转速,使得前后桨产生的横滚方向扭矩大小相等、方向相反,即没有螺旋桨设计产生的残余横滚扭矩,而非使用差动舵角进行横滚控制,减少了航行时由于差动舵角产生的阻力。
