The urethane resin composition comprises (A) an isocyanate component, (B) a polyol component, (C) a flame-retardant plasticizer, and (D) an antioxidant. The isocyanate component (A) comprises a mixture of 2, 4 '-diphenylmethane diisocyanate and 4, 4'-diphenylmethane diisocyanate, and at least one type of modified body selected from a carbodiimide modified body and a uretonimine modified body in the mixture.
