The invention discloses an unmanned vehicle overspeed detection and brake failure emergency braking method and system. The system adopted by the braking method comprises a rotating speed sensing module, an unmanned vehicle overspeed monitoring and control module and a power supply emergency cut-off device. The method comprises the steps that the linear Hall sensor is installed at a motor rotor magnet, a magnetic signal is converted into a periodic voltage signal, the data resolving and processing module carries out wavelet transformation on a digital signal, the data resolving and processing module carries out fast Fourier transformation on the digital signal, and the periodic voltage signal is obtained. A speed monitoring unit of the unmanned vehicle overspeed monitoring and control module receives motor instantaneous frequency provided by the rotating speed sensing module; the data resolving and processing module transmits the calculated rotating speed of the motor to the unmanned vehicle overspeed monitoring and control module, the real-time rotating speed is compared with a safety threshold value to judge whether overspeed occurs or not, and the power supply emergency cut-off device cuts off a power supply after receiving a signal. By sensing and controlling the rotating speed of the wheels, a power supply is cut off when the unmanned vehicle is overspeed and a brake system fails, so that accidents are avoided.

    本发明公开了一种无人车超速检测与刹车失灵紧急制动方法及系统,制动方法采用的系统包括转速感知模块、无人车超速监测与控制模块和电源紧急切断装置;方法为:将线性霍尔传感器安装在电机转子磁铁处,将磁信号转换为周期性电压信号,数据解算与处理模块对数字信号小波变换,数据解算与处理模块对数字信号进行快速傅里叶变换,无人车超速监测与控制模块的速度监测单元接收转速感知模块提供的电机瞬时频率;数据解算与处理模块将计算得到的电机转速输至无人车超速监测与控制模块,比较实时转速与安全阈值判断是否超速,电源紧急切断装置接收信号后切断电源。本发明通过对车轮转速感知和控制,在无人车超速且刹车系统失灵时切断电源,避免事故发生。
