The invention discloses a method for improving comfort of a vehicle passing through a deceleration strip, a motor controller and the vehicle, relates to the field of new energy automobiles, and can be applied to pure electric vehicles and hybrid vehicles. The method is used for adjusting the output torque of a driving motor to improve the driving comfort in the process that the electric vehicle passes through the deceleration strip, and comprises the step of correspondingly adjusting the output torque of the driving motor corresponding to wheels according to the change of the opening degree of an accelerator pedal before the first moment when the wheels of the electric vehicle make contact with the deceleration strip. And after the second moment when the wheels leave the ground after passing through the deceleration strip, before the third moment when the wheels fall to the ground, and before the opening degree of the accelerator pedal is changed, the output torque of the driving motor corresponding to the wheels is actively reduced. And after the third moment, the output torque of the driving motor corresponding to the wheels is actively increased before the opening degree of the accelerator pedal is changed. According to the scheme, the road surface change is quickly sensed, the torque of the driving motor is quickly adjusted, and the safety and comfort of the vehicle are improved.
