The invention discloses a cold start system and method for a hydrogen energy fuel cell automobile. The cold start system comprises a battery management system and a hydrogen fuel cell system. The battery management system detects the battery temperature, formulates a two-stage purging strategy and a two-stage heating strategy, and controls the battery system to execute the strategies; the hydrogen fuel cell system comprises an air subsystem, a cooling subsystem, a hydrogen subsystem and a hydrogen fuel cell; the air subsystem provides oxygen for the chemical reaction of the hydrogen fuel cell, purges the hydrogen fuel cell through blocking gas, and discharges liquid water in the cell; the hydrogen subsystem provides hydrogen for the chemical reaction of the hydrogen fuel cell, and liquid water in a hydrogen pipeline is purged through blocking gas; the cooling subsystem is used for heating the hydrogen fuel cell and cooling liquid before the automobile is started, and detecting the temperature of the hydrogen fuel cell for cooling treatment; according to the invention, liquid water generated in the hydrogen fuel cell and the hydrogen pipeline can be purged through a two-stage purging strategy, so that the liquid water in the pipeline is prevented from being quickly frozen at-40 DEG C, is not easy to unfreeze, blocks the pipeline and hinders starting of an automobile; when the automobile is restarted from the low-temperature environment, the success rate of cold start of the automobile in the environment of minus 40 DEG C is increased through the strategy of shutdown purging, internal heating and external auxiliary heating, and the shutdown time of the automobile is shortened.

    本发明公开了一种氢能源燃料电池汽车的冷启动系统及方法,包括:电池管理系统和氢燃料电池系统;电池管理系统检测电池温度,制定两级吹扫策略和两级加热策略,控制电池系统执行策略;氢燃料电池系统包括空气子系统、冷却子系统、氢气子系统和氢燃料电池;空气子系统为氢燃料电池的化学反应提供氧气,通过阻塞气体对氢燃料电池进行吹扫,排出电池内的液态水;氢气子系统为氢燃料电池的化学反应提供氢气,通过阻塞气体对氢气管道中的液态水进行吹扫;冷却子系统在汽车启动前对氢燃料电池和冷却液进行加热,检测氢燃料电池的温度进行降温处理;本发明能够通过两级吹扫策略对氢燃料电池及氢气管道内产生的液态水进行吹扫,防止管道内的液态水在‑40℃下快速结冰且不易解冻,堵塞管道,阻碍汽车启动;在汽车从低温环境下再次启动时,通过这种停机吹扫、内部加热和外部辅助加热的策略,提高汽车在‑40℃的环境下冷启动的成功率,缩短汽车的停机时间。
