The invention discloses a quad-rotor unmanned aerial vehicle capable of prolonging the endurance time. The quad-rotor unmanned aerial vehicle comprises a vehicle body, vehicle arms, rotors, a battery and a circuit board, wherein the battery and the circuit board are installed on the top face and the bottom face of the vehicle body in an embedded mode respectively. A heat dissipation space is clamped between the circuit board and the battery, the heat dissipation space is communicated with two heat dissipation openings which are arranged in the machine body and communicated with the outside of the machine body, and a through heat dissipation channel is formed in the machine body. When the unmanned aerial vehicle works, heat generated by the circuit board is discharged from the heat dissipation channel, and the working heat of the circuit board is taken away by means of air flowing during flight. The vehicle arms comprise two groups of lower loading vehicle arms and two groups of upper loading vehicle arms located above the lower loading vehicle arms, the lower loading vehicle arms are mounted upwards, the upper loading vehicle arms are mounted downwards, and a distribution structure with an upper layer and a lower layer is formed on the vehicle body, so that the resistance during flight is reduced, the stress of the unmanned aerial vehicle during flight is more stable, and the unmanned aerial vehicle is more stable in flight. The sensitivity of flight control of the unmanned aerial vehicle is improved, and the endurance time is prolonged.

    本发明公开一种提升续航时间的四旋翼无人机,所述无人机包括机身、机臂、旋翼、分别嵌入式安装在机身顶面和底面上的电池和电路板。所述电路板和电池之间夹设出一散热空间,所述散热空间与设置在机身内部、且与机身外部连通的两条散热口连通,在机身内部形成一贯通的散热通道。当无人机作业时,电路板产生的热量将从散热通道排出,利用飞行时空气的流动,带走电路板的工作热量。所述机臂包括两组下装机臂和两组位于下装机臂上方的上装机臂,所述下装机臂的安装方向朝上,上装机臂的安装方向朝下,在机身上形成上下两层的分布结构,减少飞行时带来的阻力,使无人机飞行时的受力更加稳定,有利于提高无人机飞行控制的灵敏度,提升续航时间。
