The invention relates to an elevator fault occurrence probability calculation method and device based on multi-source data. The invention discloses a multi-source data-based elevator fault occurrence probability calculation method. The method comprises the following steps of: generating elevator maintenance data through a trained XGBoost model; elevator operation data, elevator triggering data and off-line statistical data automatically collected by an elevator and an XGBoost model are used for generating elevator maintenance data to train a long-short term memory neural network model; and then elevator operation data, elevator triggering data and offline statistical data which are automatically collected by an elevator are input into the trained long-short-term memory neural network model, so that the elevator maintenance score HI is automatically obtained, then the elevator fault occurrence probability is obtained through calculation, manual intervention is not needed in the whole process, and the calculation result is rapid and accurate.
