The invention relates to an electromagnetic unbalance loading self-leveling suspension device, which adopts an electromagnetic balance device to realize non-contact guiding of a lift car, and obviously reduces friction and abrasion caused by traditional mechanical guiding, so that the service life of a guide rail and related parts is effectively prolonged, the operation noise is greatly reduced, and the riding comfort is improved. Meanwhile, the counterweight position can be accurately adjusted through the counterweight balancing device, static unbalance loading is effectively dealt with, and the initial balance state of elevator operation is guaranteed; more importantly, when the unbalance loading of the lift car exceeds the adjusting capacity of the counterweight balancing device, the electromagnetic balancing device can actively and rapidly adjust magnetic field parameters, and accurate compensation of dynamic unbalance loading is achieved, so that stable operation of the lift car can be maintained under various load conditions, and the stability and comfort of elevator operation are remarkably improved.

    本发明涉及一种电磁式偏载自调平悬浮装置,通过采用电磁平衡装置实现对轿厢的非接触式导向,显著降低了传统机械导向带来的摩擦和磨损,从而有效延长了导轨和相关部件的使用寿命,并大幅降低了运行噪音,提升了乘坐舒适性;同时,配重平衡装置能够精确调节配重位置,有效地应对静态偏载,保证了电梯运行的初始平衡状态;更重要的是,当轿厢偏载超出配重平衡装置的调节能力时,电磁平衡装置能够主动、快速地调节磁场参数,实现对动态偏载的精确补偿,从而在各种负载情况下都能维持轿厢的平稳运行,显著提高了电梯运行的平稳性和舒适性。
