The invention relates to the technical field of steel pipe hoisting equipment, in particular to a gas-liquid linkage pipe grabbing device which comprises a first connecting frame connected to an excavator and further comprises a vacuum suction pipe frame connected to the lower portion of the first connecting frame; the two hydraulic pipe holding tong assemblies are arranged at the two ends of the vacuum suction pipe rack respectively; the vacuum suction pipe rack grabs the stacked steel pipes by means of negative pressure adsorption; the hydraulic pipe holding clamp assembly is used for clamping a steel pipe grabbed by the vacuum suction pipe rack; when the device grabs stacked steel pipes, after the vacuum suction pipe frame grabs the steel pipes, the excavator controls the vacuum suction pipe frame to drive the steel pipes to lift the steel pipes, so that initial pipe grabbing operation is completed, after the steel pipes are lifted to a proper height, the hydraulic pipe holding clamp assembly firmly clamps the steel pipes, and pipe holding operation on the steel pipes is completed; and therefore, the steel pipe cannot fall off due to vibration generated when the excavator drives the steel pipe to move, and the hoisting safety of the steel pipe is guaranteed.
