The invention relates to the technical field of auxiliary climbing of power transmission line iron towers, provides an auxiliary climbing device for a power transmission line iron tower, and aims to solve the problems of high physical output and low efficiency of an existing climbing mode. The device comprises an auxiliary rod installed on a power transmission line iron tower, and connecting rods arranged at intervals are fixed to the auxiliary rod through bolts. The auxiliary rod is sleeved with the mounting frame, and the avoiding groove of the mounting frame can avoid the connecting rod. The device further comprises a climbing assembly and a lifting assembly, the lifting assembly is composed of a first arc-shaped plate and a second arc-shaped plate, the first arc-shaped plate and the second arc-shaped plate are matched through clamping protrusions and grooves and then fixed through bolts, and a sliding piece arranged on the auxiliary rod in a sleeving mode is formed. A hanging ring is arranged on the outer side of the sliding piece and connected with the installation frame through a traction rope. Supporting plates are arranged on the first arc-shaped plate and the second arc-shaped plate and used for standing of operators. According to the device, synchronous lifting of the climbing assemblies can be achieved, physical exhaustion of operators is remarkably reduced, and the climbing efficiency is improved.

    本发明涉及输电线路铁塔辅助攀爬技术领域,提出了一种输电线路铁塔辅助攀爬装置,旨在解决现有攀爬方式体力消耗大、效率低的问题。装置包括安装在输电线路铁塔上的辅助杆,辅助杆上通过螺栓固定有间隔设置的连接杆。安装架套设在辅助杆上,其避让槽可避开连接杆。装置还包括攀爬组件和提升组件,提升组件由第一弧形板和第二弧形板组成,两者通过卡接凸起和凹槽配合后用螺栓固定,形成套设在辅助杆上的滑动件。滑动件外侧设有挂环,通过牵拉绳与安装架连接。第一弧形板和第二弧形板上均设有支撑板,用于作业人员站立。该装置可实现攀爬组件的同步升降,显著降低作业人员体力消耗,提高攀爬效率。
