The invention relates to the technical field of intelligent traffic, in particular to an intelligent traffic signal edge computing resource dynamic allocation method and system.The method comprises the steps that firstly, real-time and historical traffic data of multiple intersections are obtained, a traffic prediction model is constructed, and future flow changes are pre-judged; thirdly, forming an edge computing resource demand matrix according to a prediction result and computing resource demands, and dynamically adjusting resource allocation to generate a resource slicing scheme; then, the flow gradient between intersections is analyzed, an edge node cooperative calculation model is established, and calculation task distribution and migration are optimized; and finally, in combination with system operation and traffic control effects, forming closed-loop feedback, continuously optimizing resource allocation and a cooperative strategy, and through traffic flow prediction driven resource demand modeling, realizing active pre-allocation of computing resources, converting resource allocation from passive response to active pre-adaptation, and improving the system resource utilization rate by 40%-60%.

    本发明涉及智能交通技术领域,特别是涉及智能交通信号边缘计算资源动态分配方法及其系统,首先,获取多路口实时和历史交通数据,构建交通预测模型,预判未来流量变化;接着,根据预测结果,计算资源需求,形成边缘计算资源需求矩阵,并动态调整资源分配,生成资源切片方案;随后,分析路口间流量梯度,建立边缘节点协同计算模型,优化计算任务分配与迁移;最后,结合系统运行和交通控制效果,形成闭环反馈,持续优化资源分配和协同策略,通过交通流量预测驱动的资源需求建模,实现了计算资源的主动预分配,将资源分配从被动响应转变为主动预适应,系统资源利用率提高40%~60%。
