According to the low-voltage power supply circuit and the carrier, an overvoltage protection circuit is arranged in the low-voltage power supply circuit, so that overvoltage of a low-voltage power supply in the use and operation process of an electric automobile is prevented, and low-voltage electric appliances of the whole automobile are effectively protected from being damaged by high voltage. Even if the low-voltage power supply of the whole vehicle is reversely connected, the over-voltage protection circuit cannot work due to incorrect voltage bias of three poles of a triode in the over-voltage protection circuit, so that the low-voltage power supply of the whole vehicle does not work, and the overall safety is further improved.

    本发明公开了一种低压供电电路及载具,本发明通过在低压供电电路中设置过压保护电路,防止电动汽车在使用和操作过程中低压电源的过压,有效地保护整车的低压电器,使其免受因高电压而损坏。即便在整车低压电源反接时,由于过压保护电路中的三极管三极电压偏置不对,也不能工作,进而使整车低压电源不工作,进一步提高了整体安全性。
