The device comprises a mounting frame, the whole mounting frame is in an L shape, a vertically-arranged vertical plate is rotationally arranged on one side of the top of the mounting frame, a fixing sleeve is fixedly mounted at the vertical end, away from the mounting frame, of the vertical plate, and a processing tank is fixedly arranged in the fixing sleeve; the heating pipe is combined with the second motor and the third motor, so that raw material reaction can be accelerated; a second motor drives a rotating plate to rotate, an eccentric push block drives a moving plate to translate, and a processing tank swings through a toothed plate and a driving gear, so that raw materials are in full contact with a stirring part, the stirring dynamic property and randomness are enhanced, and the limitation of single-shaft stirring is broken through; a third motor drives a first stirring shaft and drives a second stirring shaft through gear transmission, a first stirring piece and a second stirring piece are located at different positions, the second stirring piece takes the edge of the tank into consideration, the stirring range is expanded, and stirring dead angles are eliminated.

    本发明公开了一种汽车用高效减震降噪的阻尼材料及其制备方法,涉及沥青阻尼材料制备技术领域;而本发明包括安装架,安装架整体呈L型设置,安装架的顶部的一侧转动设有竖直设置的立板,立板远离安装架竖直的一端固定安装设有固定套,固定套的内部固定设有加工罐;本发明中加热管联合第二、三电机,既能加速原料反应;第二电机驱动转板旋转,偏心推块带动移动板平移,经齿板、驱动齿轮让加工罐摆动,使原料与搅拌件充分接触,增强搅拌动态性、随机性,突破单轴搅拌局限;同时双轴协同搅拌:第三电机带动第一搅拌轴,经齿轮传动驱动第二搅拌轴,第一、二搅拌件分处不同位置,第二搅拌件兼顾罐边缘,扩大搅拌范围,消除搅拌死角。
