The invention discloses a damping wheel of an auxetic metamaterial sandwich thickness gradient structure, relates to the technical field of intelligent carrying equipment damping, and achieves a damping function by arranging three layers of concave four-reverse-chirality auxetic metamaterial sandwich structures with a coupling deformation mechanism and conducting energy consumption at the same time. It is ensured that the wheel body can obtain dynamic protection under the vibration impact effect; the thickness gradient design of a multi-group concave four-reverse chiral auxetic metamaterial sandwich structure is adopted, and step-by-step energy consumption of vibration impact is achieved through three-layer different-thickness design; meanwhile, the axle is combined with the elastic recovery performance of the four-chiral auxetic metamaterial, so that the stability of the axle is maintained in the continuous energy consumption process; the anti-seismic stability of the carrying equipment in the operation process is remarkably improved, the safety of conveyed objects is guaranteed, and the conveying efficiency is improved.

    本发明公开了一种拉胀超材料三明治厚度梯度结构的减震车轮,涉及智能运载设备减震技术领域,通过设置三层具有耦合变形机制的内凹四反手性拉胀超材料夹心结构同时进行耗能以此实现减震功能,确保车轮本体在振动冲击作用下能获得动态保护;采用多组内凹四反手性拉胀超材料夹心结构的厚度梯度设计,通过三层不同厚度设计实现振动冲击的逐级耗能;同时轮轴处结合四手性拉胀超材料的弹性恢复性能,在持续耗能过程中维持轮轴的稳定性;该装置显著提升运载设备在运行过程的抗震稳定性,保证运送物体的安全,提高运送效率。
