The invention discloses a battery replacing method and a battery replacing station control system adaptive to different vehicle types, and the method comprises the following steps: obtaining a group of sample images of various vehicle types, and extracting a sample region graph of each sample image; drawing a circle with the maximum diameter in the sample area graph, determining the circle center of the circle, determining an intersection point formed by intersection of diagonal lines of the two centering assemblies, and obtaining a position relationship between the intersection point and the circle center; constructing a TensorFlow framework, taking the sample image as a training set, extracting a circle center in the training set as a feature vector, and training to obtain a recognition model; when a vehicle enters the battery swap station, the recognition model is used for carrying out image collection on the vehicle, extracting an area graph in the collected image and determining the circle center, and the driving assembly and the servo assembly drive the centering assemblies to move in the opposite direction or the opposite direction till the intersection point formed by intersection of the diagonal lines of the two centering assemblies and the circle center reach the preset position relation. The vehicle positioning device is mainly embodied in that the design is exquisite, and accurate positioning of vehicle positions of different vehicle types is achieved.

    本发明揭示了一种自适应不同车型的换电方法及换电站控制系统,包括如下步骤:获取各类车型的一组样本图像,提取每个样本图像的样本区域图形;在样本区域图形内绘制出最大直径的圆形,确定圆形的圆心,确定两个归中组件对角线交汇形成的交点,获得交点与圆心的位置关系;构建TensorFlow框架,以样本图像为训练集,提取训练集中的圆心为特征向量,并训练得到识别模型;在车辆进入换电站时,利用识别模型对车辆进行图像采集,提取采集到的图像中的区域图形,确定圆心,驱动组件和伺服组件驱动归中组件相向或向背移动,直至两个归中组件对角线交汇形成的交点与圆心达到预定位置关系。本发明主要体现在:设计精巧,实现针对不同车型的车辆位置精准定位。
