The supporting assembly comprises a floating box, a vertical vibration reduction assembly and a multi-ring stabilizing assembly; the multi-ring stabilizing assembly comprises an outer supporting ring, an outer support, an inner supporting ring and an inner pin shaft, the outer support is located on the symmetry axis of the outer supporting ring, the inner pin shaft is located on the symmetry axis of the inner supporting ring, and the installation direction of the outer support is perpendicular to the installation direction of the inner pin shaft; each vertical vibration reduction assembly comprises a parallelogram hinge frame and a traction spring, the vertical vibration reduction assemblies are symmetrically arranged in pairs, the outer sides of the parallelogram hinge frames are rigidly connected with the inner side wall of the buoyancy tank, and the top ends of the inner sides of the parallelogram hinge frames are hinged to and supported on the bottom face of an outer supporting ring of the multi-ring stabilizing assembly. One end of the traction spring is hinged to the midpoint of the outer supporting ring of the multi-ring stabilizing assembly, and the other end of the traction spring is hinged to the midpoint of the inner side face of the buoyancy tank. According to the invention, the stability of the offshore wind power system can be realized without additional active control.
