The device is simple and reliable in design and free of environmental pollution, effectively solves the problems that when a ship sails and berths, cooling water of the stern bearing outside the ship body cannot flow, sediment accumulation is easily caused, rotation is caused, and bearing abrasion is accelerated, can greatly prolong the service life and improve the reliability of the stern bearing, and guarantees safe and stable operation of the ship and a propelling system thereof.

    本发明涉及一种水润滑艉轴承支撑装置,包括:艉轴承支撑,其顶端与船体外板焊接,内部设有垂向进水通道和周向进水通道;艉轴承,布置于艉轴承支撑内部,与艉轴承支撑过盈配合,其上半圆设有径向轴承进水孔和沿长度方向的轴承流水槽;船体内部冷却系统的冷却水依次通过垂向进水通道、周向进水通道、轴承进水孔和轴承流水槽,进入艉轴承与轴的间隙,实现润滑和冷却。该装置设计简单、可靠,对环境无污染,有效解决了船舶航行和停泊时船体外部艉轴承冷却水无法流动,容易造成泥沙堆积造成根转和加速轴承磨损的问题,可大大提高艉轴承的使用寿命和可靠性,保证船舶及其推进系统的安全稳定运行。
