The method comprises the following steps: receiving reservation information of a to-be-replaced vehicle uploaded by a client; wherein the reservation information comprises a battery replacement address, vehicle information and a reserved battery replacement time interval; the vehicle information comprises a vehicle model, a battery type and a battery locking mechanism type; determining a battery replacement group corresponding to the vehicle to be subjected to battery replacement based on a battery replacement address in the reservation information, and determining a battery replacement order of a battery replacement engineering vehicle based on a reserved battery replacement time interval in the reservation information; and based on the battery replacing order, issuing a battery replacing tool list and a battery replacing planning sequence to a battery replacing engineering vehicle, so that the battery replacing engineering vehicle prepares tools based on the battery replacing tool list and the battery replacing planning sequence and goes to a designated position to execute battery replacing. By means of the method, the technical problems that an existing charging pile is difficult to use, and the battery replacement mode cannot meet the requirements of a user for flexibility and convenience are solved.
