The invention relates to a comprehensive energy power generation system based on a pumped storage environment. According to the technical scheme, the system comprises a photovoltaic power generation module which floats on the water surface of an upper reservoir and/or a lower reservoir of the pumped storage power station through a floating platform; the plurality of anchoring mechanisms are fixedly arranged around the photovoltaic power generation module, each anchoring mechanism is provided with a pulley block with a fixed position and a traction inhaul cable wound on the pulley block, the first end of the traction inhaul cable is connected with a frame around the photovoltaic power generation module, and a heavy block is suspended at the second end of the traction inhaul cable; and the submersible generators are arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the traction cables, and the corresponding submersible generators can be driven by the traction cables to generate power. The invention is suitable for the technical field of pumped storage.
