The invention provides a battery locking mechanism of a battery replacing system of a new energy mining dump truck. The battery locking mechanism comprises a first locking assembly connected to a battery frame and a second locking assembly connected to a battery rack bottom support. The first locking assembly comprises a first supporting base and an inserting piece, and the second locking assembly comprises a second supporting base, a socket piece connected to the supporting base in a pivoted mode and a driving assembly used for locking the socket piece. A socket groove is formed in the socket piece, and an opening of the socket groove is upward in a free state. When the plug connector moves towards the socket connector, the plug connector is inserted into the socket slot, and the socket connector continues to move downwards along with the plug connector and rotates relative to the second supporting seat, so that an opening of the socket slot rotates by a preset angle to be in a locking state; the power output end of the driving assembly abuts against the socket piece, and the socket piece is locked by the driving assembly and the inserting piece. The battery locking position adjusting device can meet the requirement for adjusting the locking positions of batteries of different specifications. The structure is simple, and the mounting and dismounting steps of workers are reduced.

    本发明提供一种新能源矿用自卸车换电系统电池锁紧机构,包括连接在电池框架上的第一锁止组件,以及连接在电池架底托上的第二锁止组件。第一锁止组件包括第一支撑座和插接件,第二锁止组件包括第二支撑座,枢转连接在支撑座上的承插件,以及用于锁紧承插件的驱动组件。承插件上成型有承插槽,在自由状态时,承插槽开口向上。当插接件向承插件移动时,插接件插接在承插槽内,承插件随插接件继续下移而相对第二支撑座旋转,以使承插槽开口旋转预设角度而呈锁止状态;驱动组件的动力输出端抵接在承插件上,承插件被驱动组件和插接件锁紧。本发明便于适应不同规格的电池锁止位置调整的需求。结构简单,减少工作人员的安装和拆卸步骤。
